A Therapy Group for Latinas Holding More Than They Were Ever Meant To
A supportive, relational therapy group for first- and second-generation Latinas navigating responsibility, identity, guilt, and reparenting — while staying connected to the culture they love.
This group is about more than coping
Many Latinas grow up learning to be strong, responsible, and self-sacrificing — often without space to rest, question, or tend to their own needs. This group offers a place to slow down, reflect, and be witnessed by others who understand the cultural and emotional weight you carry.
